Automatic multi-lane filling and sealing machine for cups, containers, or trays, including a film sealing unit. Suitable for various container sizes, shapes, and materials (e.g., PP, PS, PET, paper, laminated films, etc.). Equipped with a 4-head linear weigher and 4 piston pumps for liquid dosing, this example system is specifically designed for fresh olives and liquids. In general, the system can be configured for all types of (separate) dosing systems for liquids, pastes, granulates, and powders (potential price adjustments may apply). This makes it ideal for filling and packaging ready meals, noodles, pasta, fresh or dried fruits, snacks, soup powders, frozen meals, yogurt, ice cream, jam, etc. Fully automatic operation, from feeding the containers/cups/trays, filling, film sealing, to capping with a lid. Simple operation thanks to touchscreen monitor, stainless steel design (SUS304), easy to clean. Print mark sensor. Wide range of sizes/shapes accommodated due to adjustable rail guide system.
