Deskripsi
The existing window coating line was in full operation until 19.12.2025. The system is currently still connected to the electrical supply network but will be replaced by a new robotic coating line around the turn of the year. The aim is to find a suitable subsequent user who will professionally dismantle and remove the entire system on their own at the beginning of next year.
System Concept Description

Loading and unloading of the cross beams holding window frames and sashes is carried out via a lifting and lowering station, which allows for ergonomic and reliable feeding of the line.
Impregnation and priming of the workpieces take place in a vertical flooding booth. The coating application is done by means of a vertical flood method with vertically arranged coating nozzles. Subsequently, a drip-off and drying zone is provided, with the cross beams conveyed in an inclined position.
The first drying tunnel has a buffer capacity of approx. 40 cross beams. Drying is achieved with hot air generated by a hot water system with a flow temperature of approx. 85°C.
A switch system allows for the optional transfer of workpieces either to a second impregnation/priming process or directly to the subsequent coating unit.
The coating unit consists of a lifting stand with integrated electrostatic application (E-Static). Coating is performed on one side only, supplemented by an automated turning device so that the workpieces can be fed again into the spraying unit for a second coating pass.
The second drying tunnel has a buffer capacity of approx. 50 cross beams. Here as well, drying is by hot air supplied by a hot water system at a flow temperature of approx. 85°C.
A buffer section after the second drying tunnel with capacity for approx. 25 cross beams serves as the transfer area to the unloading station.
