This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to meet specific requirements, thereby improving productivity and ergonomics. Height adjustment is provided as standard through a manual hydraulic system in the range of 800 mm (other heights available on request). The worktop also features a 100 x 100 mm, Ø 28 mm hole grid, as with the SST Fix Series. When used in combination with machining equipment, inspection or reworking fixtures (deburring, marking, inspection) can be set to the height of the machine clamping table. The table systems are easy to move locally using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various clamping and securing options, have proven ideal for maintenance of injection moulding and die casting tools. Tools can be safely maintained immediately after removal from the machine and then transferred for repairs to the maintenance department. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of future wear.
