Special work table systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fix series, designed as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and adhesive constructions, such as fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the help of the extensive clamping accessory selection (see catalog section "Welding Table Accessories"), these table systems can also be flexibly equipped as jigs, enabling high-quality production of small and medium batches. The special work tables feature a worktop thickness of either 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1), which is equipped with a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the table top has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The perforated design allows the use of a wide variety of clamping elements and fixing aids. For special use cases, the table top surface can also be optionally fitted, deviating from the standard, with stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be cost-effectively replaced in the event of wear. This makes the table system particularly sustainable and long-lasting.
