Operating principle:

Robust welded steel construction.
Machine (horizontal and vertical milling units) with 4 special milling motors,
with hardened and ground linear guides for highest machining precision.
Carriage runs on dust-protected and preloaded ball bearing guide rollers.

Working area up to 200 x 250 mm. Fully operational, with contactor control system.
Motors protected by thermal relays.
Electrical equipment for 380 V, 50 Hz, with protective covers,
central connection for external chip extraction, with 2 eccentric clamps,
without milling tool (rebate cutter).

With electro-controlled hydropneumatic horizontal and vertical feed,
feed is synchronized with the start of the milling motors.
Rapid traverse and feed rate continuously adjustable. Completely wired and installed, including air maintenance unit.
Timber thicker than 14 cm must be machined in two passes.
Such pieces must be repositioned to compensate for the excess thickness for second milling.
Machine safety covers over moving parts with gas spring counterbalancing.
