Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hot melt glue application for straight workpieces, flush trimming unit with VR function, HF trimming unit, chain feed, double roller upper pressure, and pull-out workpiece support rail. Suitable for ABS and PVC edgebanding rolls as well as fixed lengths from 0.4–2.0 mm and workpiece heights from 8–50 mm.

• Automatic edge feeding for roll material via swiveling roll plate D=600 mm

• Two counter-rotating, demand-controlled jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters ensure clean and tear-free jointing of the workpieces before edge banding

• Teflon-coated glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with glue supply from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the glue pot), precise glue application via glue roller, separate glue roller temperature adjustment, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents burning of glue if the machine is on but not used for extended periods). (Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with drain/cleaning function for quick color changes.)

• Pressure zone consisting of a driven pressure roller running synchronously with the glue roller and an adjustable spring-loaded pressure roller, for optimal bonding between the edge material and the workpiece, adjustable via SIKO indicator

• Flush trimming unit for the front and rear edge of the workpiece, incl. VR function (for vertical roundings), HF motor 0.27 kW / 12,000 rpm, automatic tracing on the workpiece, with extraction hood

• High-frequency combination trimming station: 2 powerful 0.27 kW HF motors with carbide-tipped special cutters, suitable for radius and bevel trimming, horizontal and vertical tracing of the workpiece, unit adjustment equipped with digital counters for setting various edge types, height adjustment of the upper unit with upper pressure

• 5.6” color touchscreen controls glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction during machine downtime, activation/deactivation of units, and error diagnostics

• LED interior lighting

• Riepe spray systems for anti-adhesive or cleaning agents available as an option

• Radius scraper unit: Lightly drawing cut to remove possible radius cutter marks for a perfect finish; fine adjustment via digital counter

• Surface scraper unit: Lightly drawing cut removes glue residues from the workpiece surface at the glue joint

• Buffing unit: 2 motors, 0.05 kW, 1,500 rpm, ensure a super finish on ABS and PVC edge materials
