• Two counter-rotating, demand-controlled jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters ensure clean, tear-free jointing of workpieces before edge banding
• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with bottom glue supply (excess glue is automatically returned to the glue pot), fine adjustable glue application by glue roller, separate glue roller temperature setting, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning if the machine is unused for extended periods but left switched on).

• Pre-cutting shear for roll material up to 3 mm edge thickness
• Pressure zone consisting of a driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and an adjustable spring-loaded pressure roller, ensuring good joint quality between the edge material and workpiece; mechanical SIKO indicator for pressure zone adjustment
• High-frequency end trim saw equipped with 0.21 kW HF motor, 12,000 rpm, 2 saw blades and high-precision linear guides ensure a clean, precise cut, equipped with extraction hood
• High-frequency combination routing station, 2 powerful 0.27 kW HF motors with HM-WPL special cutters, suitable for radius and bevel trimming, horizontal and vertical scanning of the workpiece, unit adjustment with digital counters for different edge types, 2 chip extraction hoods with central extraction connectors 2 x Ø 100 mm, height adjustment for the upper unit via upper pressure adjustment
• Corner rounding unit: Automatic machining of end edges up to 2 mm edge thickness. Equipped with a 0.27 kW HF motor, can be activated from the control panel. Optionally single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner rounding
• Rotatable control panel with 10.0” color touchscreen controls glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction when not in use, on/off control for units, and error diagnostics

Optional finishing units (2 slots available):
• Radius scraper unit – Light scraping cut removes possible marks from radius cutters for a perfect finish. Fine adjustment via digital counter.
• Flat scraper unit – Gently scrapes glue residue from the workpiece surface at the glue joint
