The pressing process is carried out solely by hydraulic pressure, without any binding agents. Depending on the material, the volume of the input material can be reduced by up to 90%. The standard silo has a capacity of approx. 0.5 m³. Silos with larger capacities or special containers for installation under existing extraction and filter systems as complete disposal units are also available. MPP NEM machines can be combined into a system based on customer requirements. The chip hopper of the press can be fed manually, via conveyor belt, extraction system, or with a tipping skip. For fully automated operation, the use of a lifting/tipping device in conjunction with a shredder is recommended.
