ROMER high-pressure cleaners use sheets that protect against chemicals. The washing walls provide splash protection, and thanks to the closed chemical circuit, the process can be carried out with minimal chemical usage. Due to the small amount of refrigerant required, it is easy to heat and cheaper to purchase. Additionally, you can wash large components that cannot be cleaned in standard tanks.
Filtration system
Thanks to the filtration system, the chemicals operate in a closed loop; three different filters of varying thickness are used to prevent debris and grease from entering the circuit. The chemicals are stored in heated stainless steel tanks and are pumped under pressure to the lance.
Washing dimensions
The high-pressure cleaner allows for washing large items and optionally features a rotating platform to turn the cleaned items; components can be loaded onto it by forklift or crane.
High-pressure pumps
The wash system consists of two preparation stages. Both processes have separate sets of pipes, pumps, wires, and spray guns to minimize mixing of agents during phase change. The drains have separate valves to manage liquid return. The wash system is equipped with a logic controller that manages all components.
Chemicals are supplied by a highly durable, acid-resistant, multi-stage AISI304 pump (3 kW, up to 20 bar). The rinse phase uses a high-pressure piston pump with ceramic pistons (3 kW), delivering 160–200 bar.

Photoelectric cell application
The use of a photoelectric cell in the detail zone allows for measurement of the part’s length, enabling the automatic activation of spray guns when the part is within range and their immediate deactivation after coating. The photoelectric cell is supplied as standard equipment. Detailed recognition using special markers.
Above the carrier there are plates with identification holes.
In conjunction with the photoelectric cell, the PLC controller identifies coated workpieces, turning the spray guns on and off at the correct times—saving both energy and powder. Vertical shape detection.
