DPF DUO PREMIUM = CLEANING CABIN + DPF/FAP FILTER DRYER
This set of devices allows maximum optimization of the regeneration process. A well-organized operator can work with three filters simultaneously.

Advantages of the DPF DUO Premium:

-> Our filter mounting system is free from components placed inside the filter pipe that could block the water stream. This allows you to fully utilize the pump's water and air capacity, thus shortening the regeneration time.
-> The spacious cabin allows for flexibility when mounting the filter for cleaning. The operator, based on their experience, chooses the filter's position for optimal washing.

The device allows for removal of soot and ash from DPF/FAP filters without negatively impacting the filter structure, restoring up to 99% of its nominal flow capacity. Our technologists have ensured that the cleaning procedure and used detergents are safe for both the environment and machine operators.
Using an endoscopic camera, the operator checks the filter for mechanical damage. If melting, ceramic core cracks, or any other visible mechanical damage interfering with the DPF are detected, regeneration will not be possible. The regeneration process takes place in a closed chamber equipped with filters to prevent harmful contaminants from escaping into the workspace. The water and cleaning solution circulate in a closed loop and are filtered throughout the process, significantly extending the fluid's lifespan. The DPF DUO Premium cleans filters utilizing water, chemicals, and air. The appropriately selected, computer-controlled sequence of supplying water with chemicals, air, and compressed air pulses ensures high regeneration efficiency.
After the cleaning process, an additional device dries the filter using air at 90°C, guaranteeing total evaporation of the cleaning solution. After drying, the machine performs a final backpressure measurement. This measurement can also be performed before cleaning, enabling comparison of backpressure values before and after the regeneration process. The unit is equipped with a printer, allowing printing of measurement protocols.
The cleaning time for passenger car and van filters is 20–40 minutes, allowing for the regeneration of up to a dozen filters in eight hours. High efficiency, combined with low operating costs, ensures a rapid return on investment in equipment purchase.
