Electrohydraulic Semi-Automatic Bandsaw SHARK 282 SXI EVO
with semi-automatic/dynamic and manual modes, features a MEP-28 controller
for mitre cuts from 45° right to 60° left.

Semi-automatic function:
At cycle start: - Vice closes and motor starts -
Saw head lowers for the cut - Motor switches off - Saw head lifts -
Vice opens.

Semi-automatic dynamic system (manual lowering of the saw bow to
the desired position and cycle start via hand button.)

- New centralised control panel mounted on a swing arm, allowing the operator
to operate easily from any working position.
- Low-voltage control unit:
- Polyester membrane keypad with thermoformed raised buttons
and operation confirmation signal.

- Saw bow stroke programmable directly from the control panel to suit
cutting material.
- Clamping device laterally adjustable left/right, with quick-release vice.
- Manually operated blade tension control with display on the screen via
electronic transducer.
- Machine base with extendable coolant tray.
- Electric coolant pump for blade cooling and lubrication.
- Ready for installation of minimum quantity blade lubrication kit (optional),
in addition to standard emulsion oil lubrication.
