Carbide blade guides greatly reduce machine and blade wear. The unit is equipped with a high-performance coolant pump with a closed-loop coolant system. The saw arm is made from a solid cast-iron piece, paired with a 27 mm wide blade, allowing for efficient high-volume cutting of both profiles and solid materials. The vice is mounted on an adjustable base and features quick clamping. The blade guides utilize hard metal (carbide) plates and a rolling bearing system. It is the CARBIDE BLADE GUIDES that are responsible for the saw’s precision and straightness. The upper part of the base is shaped to form a tray for collecting coolant and chips generated during cutting.
