With the DGL200E double mitre saw, we offer you a reliable quality product from our range of precision double mitre saws so that you can impress your customers with flawless, high-quality building elements. Cutting lengths can be loaded into the control system of this double-head mitre saw via network or USB connection, or entered manually using the keyboard. Special software solutions enable automatic positioning for cross cuts, overlengths, or short measure, so lengths outside the machine's cutting range can also be processed. An optimization program with scrap management helps minimize offcuts, enabling more cost-effective work and a sustainable reduction in the need for valuable materials such as aluminum, plastic, or wood. A thermal label printer with dispensing unit, ergonomically positioned directly under the control terminal, enables efficient labeling of finished parts. Good and controlled scrap removal by the base machine can optionally be supplemented with a conveyor belt system.
