With automatic pressing cycle and manual control
for corner joints (tenon & mortise and dowel joints/mortised tenon),
switchable via selector switch on the control cabinet.
Equipped as standard for optional use of counter profiles if
sashes are folded on the loose part.

CE-compliant version
Base machine in extra-strong welded frame construction,
with thick-walled special hollow sections.
Guide rails for the pressing beams at the press corners
are finished for wear resistance.

Fast, smooth manual width adjustment
via ball-bearing mounted carriage, locking with 50 mm
hole grid; optionally available with motorized width adjustment
and hydraulic clamping (at extra cost).

Height adjustment and pressing via long-stroke cylinders
in a single working cycle. Right press corners with
integrated horizontal cylinders eliminate the need for
vertical positioning of the horizontal cylinders,
avoiding cylinder collisions.
The lower counter-support can be set to the optimal feeding height in several positions.

3 kW compact hydraulic power unit with integrated
control block, infinitely variable pressure adjustment
from 20 to 120 bar, manometer included.

Operation via push buttons with separate control circuits
for vertical and horizontal pressing cylinders, mounted
on a freely movable control panel.
