They are specifically engineered for mobility, allowing for easy transport and rapid deployment on different worksites. The cabin is typically equipped with a ventilation system to ensure air quality, integrated lighting, and a filtration system that prevents paint mist from escaping.

The ventilation system ensures that vapors and particles released during painting are contained within the booth, eliminating any risk to the surrounding environment.

Overview of design and features
Our mobile 20-foot Sapi painting containers feature a robust steel framework with welded wall and ceiling panels. Inside, we can install specialized equipment such as cranes or lifting devices. The floor is made from checkered steel plate. Both door panels include ventilation grilles fitted with fine-pore filter mats. One panel is designed as an escape door for safety reasons and features a viewing window. It is important to note that these are not simply converted shipping containers—we manufacture all our containers from the ground up, using only the most durable materials that meet all requirements and have been tested and proven for safety. Standard shipping containers would not meet the required safety standards.

Paint mist extraction system in the mobile painting container
The paint mist extraction wall for overspray separation is installed in front of the rear wall and equipped with multi-layer filter mats. The extraction wall consists of a galvanized housing, edged with guide plates, including various hanging and fastening elements for filter installation. On the exterior rear side of the container, a high-performance, ATEX-certified extraction fan with drive motor is installed on a mounting console.

Accommodating modern coatings such as water-based paints, polyurethane resins, epoxy zinc dust, or epoxy iron mica coatings imposes stringent requirements on existing painting booths.
