SCM IDM LEVEL HD

IDM Level HD is an industrial single-sided edgebanding center designed for edge processing in standard furniture manufacturing.

The HD model belongs to the category of machines with a robust construction and is suitable where stable edge quality is required at higher feed speeds.

This machine allows complete processing of a workpiece in a single pass operation – from pre-milling, glue application, to final edge finishing.
Thanks to its modular arrangement of working units, the machine can process ABS/PVC edges as well as veneer.

The machine is used, fully cleaned, inspected, and ready for installation.

Machine equipment

Pre-milling unit – 2 counter-rotating motors, preparing the panel edge before edging
Gluing unit – EVA glue pot, electronic temperature control
Pressure zone – main pressure roller plus subsequent pressure rollers
End trimming saws – 2 motors, clean cutting of edge ends
Top and bottom milling unit – copying, precise finishing of ABS/PVC edges
Front corner rounding unit – radius machining of panel corners
Rear corner rounding unit – finishing corners at the panel outfeed
Radius scrapers – final smoothing of the edge radius

Polishing unit – 2 discs for final edge polishing
Complete extraction system – connection of all working units
Pneumatic pressures and adjustments – workpiece stability and precise regulation
Manual fine adjustment – readout dials and micrometric controls for precise settings
