New filling machine suitable for dispensing liquids, such as milk, water, alcohol, disinfectants, etc. Very robust design, operating on compressed air and 220V—truly plug and play! Ideally suited for small batch processing. Even a very small compressor will suffice to run this machine; we recommend a minimum 12L compressor, which can be supplied as an option.

The filling machine features a 1000ml cylinder, allowing up to 1000ml per stroke. Multiple strokes enable larger fills; for example, 2500ml can be dispensed with two 1250ml cycles. The minimum fill per stroke is 100ml; any volume between 100ml and 1000ml can be set in a single stroke. Models with up to 5000ml cylinders per stroke are also available.

Equipped with a suction hose, the unit can draw directly from a drum or IBC container. The machine includes both a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, it can continuously fill, making it easy and efficient to process larger quantities. The foot pedal allows filling at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and volume filled, output is between 15-25 units per minute, making this a highly efficient machine. Weight is approximately 15-20kg, easily positioned on a tabletop. Completely fabricated from stainless steel, ensuring a high-quality, durable build.
