Robust machine operating on compressed air and 220V, truly Plug and Play! Ideally suited for filling small batches. Even a very small compressor is sufficient to run the machine; optionally, one can be supplied. We recommend at least a 12L model.

The filling machine is equipped with a 1000ml cylinder, allowing for a maximum fill volume of 1000ml per cycle. Multiple cycles can be combined for larger volumes, such as 2500ml by executing 2 x 1250ml cycles. The minimum fill per stroke is 100ml; any quantity between 100 and 1000ml can be dispensed in a single cycle. We also offer models with cylinders up to 5000ml per stroke.

Fitted with a suction hose, enabling direct intake from drum or IBC. The machine features both a foot pedal and automatic mode. In auto mode, continuous operation allows efficient filling of larger quantities. The foot pedal enables manual, pace-controlled filling.

Depending on the operator and fill volume, output ranges from 15 to 25 units per minute, making this an extremely fast machine. Weighing approximately 15/20kg, it can easily be placed on a table.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel, this is a high-quality filling machine.
