Filter relief for handling very large quantities of dust

These stationary cyclone pre-separators are installed upstream of the main filter unit and serve to pre-separate dry, free-flowing dust. Medium and coarse dust particles are already separated at this stage, leaving only fine dust to be filtered by the main unit. This reduces the operating costs of the entire extraction system. Cyclone pre-separators achieve a separation efficiency of more than 90% with a median particle size of at least 150 microns.
