Algemene principes van revisie Reiniging & demontage Voordat de daadwerkelijke revisie plaatsvindt, wordt de pers volledig gereinigd en gedemonteerd in onze revisiewerkplaats. Toleranties Na de demontage worden de toleranties van alle stalen componenten gemeten en waar nodig opnieuw gelast. Dit geldt in ieder geval voor de volgende onderdelen: • Persplunjer • Frame • Kanaal • Voordruk-klep Na demontage en inspectie wordt de persplunjer opnieuw opgelast en voorzien van nieuwe plunjerwielen. De beschermroosters en de voordruk-klep worden uitgedeukt en waar nodig gerepareerd. Opnieuw gespoten Na het meten van de toleranties en eventueel las- en herstelwerk worden alle onderdelen gestraald en opnieuw gecoat. Hydrauliek: De hydrauliektank wordt gereinigd. De hydraulische leidingen en slangen worden vervangen. De hydraulische componenten worden gereviseerd. De hydraulische olie wordt ververst. Bekabeling: Alle bekabeling wordt gecontroleerd en indien nodig vervangen. Alle aansluitdozen worden vervangen en teruggeplaatst op eenvoudig toegankelijke posities. First and third circular arc segments removed and newly welded in. - Both shaft bearings for the pre-press flap renewed. - Upper material guide on the frame for the pre-press flap renewed. - Plunger disassembled, inspected and both front roller guides renewed. - Material guides and wear strips at the sides and on the bottom of the plunger cut out and newly welded in. - Horizontal and vertical needle and tying units disassembled, dismantled, inspected, plastic slide plates, bearings on twister shafts, and wire divert rollers with bearings in the needle heads renewed. - Both bronze slide rails left and right in the frame cover for the plunger renewed. - Both wire divert units left and right, including bale retaining clamps, fully renewed. - Wire infeed unit including hydraulic cylinder below the needle passes fully renewed. - Wire mark/scoring in the bottom and sidewalls of the channel welded up and smoothed. - General maintenance and service work carried out in line with manufacturer specifications. - Baler tested in manual and automatic mode, accepted and stored after completion of refurbishment works.
