This returnable glass bottling line consists mainly of equipment from KRONES and selected components from other established European manufacturers such as Hormes, RINK, and HEUFT. The line is designed for a nominal capacity of 33,000 bottles per hour and covers all essential process steps from depalletizing to palletizing. The labelling machine will be configured according to the buyer’s requirements, allowing the system concept to be adapted to the intended bottle and product portfolio. The line is suitable for returnable glass beverage applications.
Based on the machines listed, the line is designed for crate handling, bottle wash preparation, empty bottle inspection, high-performance filling/capping, and repacking of returnable crates. For bottles with screw caps, the RINK machine can be positioned upstream of the bottle washer; for crown cork bottles, an additional format set is required in accordance with your notes.
