Within this chamber, a hydraulic slide pre-compacts the material and pushes it into the pressing block. The main pressing cylinder compresses the material against a vertical slide until the preset pressure is reached. The vertical cylinder then lifts, and the compact briquette is ejected. The more homogeneous the input material, the more uniform the briquette length.
