Description:
Electropneumatic, vertical, linear-guided automatic saw for use with HSS saw blades, designed to make serial cuts from 60° left to 45° right on steel. The machine also operates in a semi-automatic cycle. Fully CNC-controlled automatic machine featuring a multiprocessor and two axes controlled by the latest generation MEP controller, allowing up to 1000 different cutting programs to be configured for the same material thickness, each with its own cutting length and quantity.

- New centralized control console on an articulating arm, enabling operators to easily access the emergency stop from any working position.
- NEW: Fieldbus communication system (Modbus protocol) with dual microprocessor and serial port.
- Display: 20 characters x 4 lines showing the following technical parameters: + saw blade speed + number of programmed and completed cuts + blade thickness + feed length + cutting time + ammeter + display of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings.
- NEW: Display and logging of alarm and error messages, with the ability to review incidents.
- NEW: 600 mm material feed with stepper motor and precision ball screw mounted on opposing ball bearings.
- NEW: Electronic inverter for continuous blade speed regulation from 15 – 90 rpm (optionally 30 – 150 rpm).
- NEW: Low-voltage control panel: polyester membrane keypad with thermoformed, raised buttons and actuation control signal.
- Dual gear set for high sawing performance.
- Saw head operates on double linear ball guides.
- Coaxial cylinder with bypass valve for rapid approach and a potentiometric linear transducer for head position detection.
- Programmable saw bow stroke directly from the control panel to accommodate material height.
- Adaptive control of cutting force.
- Rotary table with central pin and axial bearing for precise miter cuts.
- Pneumatic vertical vice.
- Electric coolant pump for blade cooling and lubrication.
