Consisting of:

A) IGEL panel storage for infeed

B) Front processing unit (FLEXIBLE drilling and inserting) BAT-RTW-CNC
1 sturdy base frame with a toothed slewing ring to accommodate a workpiece clamping system with 4 stations. The rotary drive uses a geared motor with frequency inverter.
Each workpiece clamping station consists of a fixed right support arm and a left support arm adjustable to the workpiece length, as well as precise locking at the processing stations. The processing stations are flanged onto the base frame:
- Station 1 for loading
- Station 2 for handle and fitting drilling from above and below; milling from above
- Station 3 for adapter and buffer assembly
- Station 4 for removing the workpieces

C) IGEL panel storage for outfeed
