For the production of individual parts and components, either frame-based or in series production.
Comprises a cross machining unit and a longitudinal machining unit connected by a transfer conveyor.
Working width: 40-140 mm
(see pressure fence left 40 - 140 mm)
Working height: 40-120 mm
Workpiece length min.: approx. 275 mm + 1 x end profile length
Longitudinal machining:
approx. 220 mm + 2 x end profile length
Max. workpiece length: 3500 mm
The dimensions of the parts depend on the machine configuration, type of production, and tooling setup. Final definition of part dimensions is only possible after receipt, review, and approval of the complete and final tooling layout drawings.
Cross machining:
Table feed motor power: 0.3 kW (0.4 HP)
Feed speed when sawing, profiling, and in return preset: 3-25 m/min
Vario table with (possible for studio/architectural window production)
The clamping length of all tenoning and slotting spindles can be used without tool change gaps.
Workpiece clamping by means of clamping bridge.
Operated via a clamping cylinder installed under the table.
Length stop NC controlled, mounted on the slotting table.
Studio window device swivel angle max.: +/- 75°
Minimum workpiece length for angled windows depends on the angle and timber width.
