These are fitted with adjustable blades according to the required bundle size and shape and are lowered to allow the bundle to be transferred onto the evacuation carriage. - Powered evacuation carriage sliding on floor-mounted rails and equipped with driven lower rollers and pairs of free vertical retaining rollers. - Motorized flat conveyor to transport the bundle after the strapping area. - Powered storage chains suitable for bringing the bundles to the preselected quantity. - Draining station for lifting the bundle, allowing coolant to drain from the tubes; equipped with two hydraulic devices powered by a hydraulic unit. - Control cabinet. 2. SIGNODE AUTOMATIC STRAPPING STATION, model M400 The finished bundle is automatically conveyed, by the evacuation carriage's motorized rollers, to the automatic system. It stops at the programmed strapping positions for the automatic application of steel straps.
