Die Saftausbeute bei Äpfeln liegt mit unserer Bandpresse bei etwa 65–75 %. Die Ausbeute hängt stark von der Sortenwahl und Frische des Obstes ab.
Im Saftauffangbehälter ist ein Filtrationssieb integriert, das bewirkt, dass der Saft bereits während des Pressvorgangs gefiltert und somit besonders klar und rein ist.
Die Bandpresse beinhaltet eine Hochdruckwaschanlage, die das Band der Maschine kontinuierlich reinigt. Unser Waschsystem ist einfach konstruiert, benötigt keine Motoren oder Getriebe und sorgt so für längere Standzeiten und geringere Wartungskosten.
Ein regulierbarer Obstzulauf ermöglicht die problemlose Aufgabe des Tresters auf die Presswalze.
Der zerkleinerte Trester kann direkt aus der MAXIMILL, aber auch einfach mittels Eimer oder Kiste aufgegeben werden.
